September, October to mid November offer great golf with cooler days, well cooler than the 30 - 35 degree days we get during July and August.
The Osoyoos Golf Club has 2 championship 18 hole courses with distinctive differences. The Park Meadow course is the original course with beautiful treed fairways, challenging greens, beautiful mountain views and is fully walkable.
The Desert course is exactly that, a desert links type track, cart only. The fairways border Canada's only desert, the views of vineyards, orchards and Osoyoos Lake are spectacular! The 'rough' is the desert which is environmentally protected so you definitely want to hit a straight shot. Don't forget to bring extra balls when you play the Desert!

The avid local golfer has been known to play from February through to mid November in Osoyoos. Some have been known to ski at Mount Baldy, which is approximately 40 minutes away, in the morning then golf in the afternoon.
