When looking at our new listings for single family homes in January - you can see more than double the number of new listings versus the month end inventory - this is because a large number of properties expired off the market and were re-listed.  This does throw the list to sell ratio off balance of the true figure - in reality, the list to sell ratio of 'true' new listings would be closer to 50% - not 27%.

The List Price to Sell Price ratio went up almost a full percentage point from December - a good sign for seller's! 

Over the past couple weeks we have seen a strong increase in buyer activity, taking advantage of the low rates and good prices.  Now investors are getting back into the game!  Definitely a good sign of our market moving towards stability with more confidence!
