As an avid user of The Weaselhead at the west end of the Glenmore Reservoir, I have been on the hunt for solid concept designs for what is going to come with the SW portion of the Stoney Trail Ring Road.


Depending on which website you land on, you may find different concepts, however I found this one that looks like it may be the most reliable coming from Alberta Transportation.

I do agree with the article from Rob Carrick on the short term option that renting could be less of a financial strain than owning a property.  But, his model is flawed.

For the month of August 2013 We have seen strong sales growth in Calgary's Real Estate market. The seller market condition is pushing up prices in specific areas.

This past July my wife and I decided to go on a little vacation to San Francisco.  I never really had much desire to visit this city not knowing much about it aside from the hippie movement and the 1906 earthquake and fires.

April 2013 was another solid month in Calgary's Real Estate market.  The market has slowed slightly from back in February when there was a lot of talk of our 'insane real estate market' in the media.  

We are up just over 5% from the same period in 2012, and with the number of sales being almost the same we can sit comfortably knowing we are not heading down the same path as 2006/07....

Breaking my addiction to food has been more difficult than quitting smoking.

I quit smoking 15 years ago this month. After trying to quit many times, it was not until after reading an article about heart disease and realizing I probably will not survive to see my newborn son graduate high school unless I quit. That mentally pushed me over the edge. I quit and never smoked another cigarette.

Topics discussed were breaching privacy of prospective buyer’s while they discussed confidential information about pricing or motivation and the legality of a home seller being able to do this.
