I met Dan a year and a half ago through a mutual friend. Since then, Dan has helped me and my wife find a new home in Mount Pleasan and sold our home in Arbour Lake in one week. He listed and sold my In-Law's home in 2 days and seld my parents home in about 2 week.

Hi Dan, I am writing to thank you for the dedication and commitment you put into assisting my family find a new home, and begin a new journey.

Before my husband unexpectedly passed away, we were feeling cramped and crowded in our duplex.  While I appreciated the roof over our heads, I longed for a guest room that didn’t multi-task as a bedroom, laundry room, weight room, and toy area.  After my husband was gone, I needed a new place to call home, somewhere that my two preteens and I could make new memories as a family.

You so graciously and meticulously guided me through several homes, helping me recognize what was drawing me emotionally and what might be good options for us.  How thankful I am that you were actively seeking a new place for us!  If you hadn’t have been looking, our new home would have been gone quickly.  How blessed we are to have succeeded in placing an acceptable offer, when other offers were coming in!
