No.
I have seen some communities slip backwards in pricing however this may simply be – the homes selling are the ones priced right. That is ultimately a reality.
October will more than likely mirror September’s home sales so if you are considering selling, accurate pricing is crucial – do not try push the market by listing higher than what is recommended. You may be looking at a price reduction after a few weeks.
