Was a nice finish to the year after a slower period in August/September periods.

October showed an increase in market activity by 10% over this same time period in 2010 giving us the ability to feel more secure in our market conditions in comparison, however aside from median condo prices, the market is down from last month. I have seen some communities slip backwards in pricing however this may simply be – the homes selling are the ones priced right. That is ultimately a reality.
