Whoa - is this a sign of changing times?
Over the past 14 months I have made several comments in my blogs about the infamous list to sell ratios being low. Too low.
The list to sell ratio is a very important figure to watch as it give us an insight to our upcoming markets over the next couple months. A healthy market should be sitting upwards to 60 to 70% historically speaking.

The media has done a great job in putting the upmost fear into us Canadians with all the economic turmoil stories - this weeks latest catch phrase seems to be "lowest consumer confidence since 1982" or something to that effect.

Posting a couple weeks ago, I wrote about how we in Calgary do have some of the lowest city taxes in metro cities in all of Canada and we don’t really have much to complain about.
