This is a very difficult answer to provide with accuracy. I do see signs of our market stabilizing - I also see signs of this trend continuing.

The issue being...fee hikes for services - water, waste removal etc...
After reading yesterday’s story on cfcn.ca (unable to find the article now?) informing the public of the proposed increases - there were close to 25 comments by readers expressing their concerns with these... |
